Description

Are you ready to continue exploring a language with a global influence? You will gradually accumulate and expand your vocabulary and grammar knowledge and continue to expand your interpretive and communication skills in the French language. Take a global tour and follow the path of the language and its geographic distribution throughout Europe, North America, South America, Africa, and the DROM-COM. Get a taste of the local culture and its French influence in the fields of entertainment, food, art, literature, and more. C'est français et c'est épique!

Module One: La famille et la communauté

-Famous francophone people in the United States

-French last names and cities in the United States

-Be familiar with francophone historical figures and contributions

-Francophone organizations

-Getting ready for a trip and giving advice

-SHOE verbs

-Present progressive

-The verb venir with prepositions

-The verb savoir vs connaître

-Relative pronouns, reflexive verbs, and the conditional tense

 

Module Two: L'influence francophone dans le Monde

-The verb passé composé

-Irregular verbs in the imparfait, and passé composé

-Question formation with inversion

-Reciprocal verbs

-Reflexive verbs in the past tense

-Inversion with questions

-French colonization

-French science discoveries

 

 

Module Three: Les préparations au voyage

-Reciprocal verbs

-The imperative

-French currencies

-Adverb formation and adjectives

-Future tense

-Direct object pronouns

-Expressions with être and avoir

-Expressions of emotions

-Travel etiquette and respecting customs
