Description

This advanced mathematics course uses hands-on activities and interactive examples to dive deeper into the discipline of Algebra. You will extend your knowledge of linear, exponential, and quadratic functions. You will be introduced to polynomial functions, complex numbers, rational functions, logarithmic functions, and mathematical sequences. You will also deepen your understanding of probability and statistics. Throughout the course, these mathematical concepts will be applied to everyday occurrences to demonstrate how the world around you functions.

Module One: Radical and Polynomial Operations 

-Convert between radical and rational exponent forms.

-Apply properties of rational exponents.

-Solve radical equations that include extraneous solutions.
